Hello! I’m Jessica Hober, a board certified family nurse practitioner. I have over 15 years of experience working in healthcare, most of that time practicing primary care here in Cape May. I have a passion for helping people become the best version of themselves, mentally and physically. I am looking forward to bringing a different type of wellness to our Cape May community.
Born and raised in Cape May, I’ve always had a deep connection to this town and its people. I grew up working in many of the businesses my family has owned here, which inspired my own entrepreneurial spirit. In the mid-2000’s my wife and I owned retail stores on the Washington Street Mall, West Perry St, and Seashore Rd. However, after facing the challenges of the recession, we made the difficult decision to close up shop in 2012. Having seen the writing on the wall in 2011, I decided to go back to school and earn my degree in nursing.
For the past 13 years, I’ve worked in mental health, primarily serving the developmentally disabled population here in Cape May County. While I’ve found immense fulfilment in serving that community, my love for business has never waned.
My wife and I are now excited to bridge these two worlds by launching a service we believe is greatly needed in our community — one that combines the care and compassion of nursing with the personal touch that Cape May residents deserve. We’re thrilled to bring this new venture to our beloved hometown.
